- The party has found a note that mentions a place or object called Podif’s well, as well as the names of other people. The party seeks to discover what Podif’s well really is, as well as its link and importance to the kobolds and dragons. Podif’s well is believed to be an extradimensional portal of ancient age, perhaps the initial point where Ty-h’kadi crossed into the Material Plane. Its link to the kobolds and dragons are still unknown.
- Barristan Hark, a cleric of Bahamut and magistrate of the village of Hawksbridge narrowly survived an assassination attempt by two tieflings. One was killed and the other escaped (and later killed). Further investigation showed that they used the same poison that was used in Serida Bonhart‘s poisoning. Are the two assassinations related? Who hired the tieflings and why did they want Barristan dead? After some research, the party discovers the tieflings were part of a larger group of six. Two were killed in Hawksbridge, two more travelled to Westreach, another one was found and killed in the sewers beneath Hawkstone, and the last is taken up residence in the town of Morgil’s Hold. All are/were reputed to be skilled assassins, trained with poisons, and possessing varying levels of magical ability.
- While exploring the Cairn Hills, the party encountered the blue dragon, Tempest. He informed them of a demonic presence in the village of Bahirin, that has enthralled or captivated the dragonborn residence. Essentially being held hostage, the dragonborns’ kinsmen are forced to serve the demon, lest the captives be harmed.
